Deploying products, one feature at a time.<br><br>Here are fun things about me and my work:<br><br>- I am a product junkie. A super early adopter of technology, be it beta releases, TestFlight apps, or queuing in waitlists, I'll be there.<br>- I love every freakin’ thing about the internet. It changed our lives.<br>- I am a knowledge worker and spend time reading and synthesizing information to continuously improvise my thought patterns.<br>- Over the past years, with leadership positions and personal life instances, I have learned to stay calm when faced with adversity.<br>- I love creative work and problem-solving. I have worked and observed myself transitioning from "Can I do this?" to "Let’s get it done!".<br>- I have successfully designed a failed product, so I know where the shoe bites.<br>- I'm currently nurturing my discernment skills.<br>- When I'm not working, I contemplate the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, spend time drawing and listen to podcasts while cycling. I also write and share my learnings on my personal website.<br><br>The work I do at MOPID:<br><br>I’m currently handling three portfolios end-to-end, and it's safe to say I'm the go-to person for all things Product at MOPID:<br><br>- Product Management: Managing key product operations, including Competitor Analysis, maintaining the Product Roadmap, Feature Prioritization, Product Discovery, QA, and soon, Analytics once Mixpanel is set up.<br>- Product Design: Currently designing an enterprise-grade Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and building an automated hiring platform, from implementing new features to incorporating feedback while ensuring a smooth and accessible user experience. I also designed the company logo and laid foundations for branding. Recently shipped and orchestrated the development of the company’s new landing page.<br>- Project Management: I lead daily scrum meetings with the dev team, handover new features, maintain JIRA, sprints, and product documentation, maintain backlog, prepare sprint reports, and keep the momentum going while keeping the stakeholders informed.<br>- Oh, not to mention, but I also make Pitch Decks.<br>- On weekends, I also code and stylize my company’s internal backend web app in HTML and CSS. I just can't stand seeing those tables dangling in plain "td" "tr" format.<br>- Um, am I overworking myself? Well, maybe, but it's by choice. Early days of career hustling. I enjoy the process and the ownership while delivering quality.<br><br>I'm always eager to explore new perspectives.
