Nick Zano, originally from Nutley, NJ, developed a passion for movies after watching Goodfellas (1990) at 12, which led him to pursue a career in entertainment. He moved to West Palm Beach, Florida for high school and was involved in drama and TV production. Zano's comedic skits gained attention and he wrote and starred in short films, reaching the JVC Universal Film Competition semifinals for 3 years. After high school, Zano joined Prelude Pictures and became an Associate Producer on a TV special hosted by Lou Diamond Phillips. He then moved to LA and gained popularity for his wit and humor during auditions, leading to hosting MTV's Movie House (2002). Zano remains close with his family and currently resides in Los Angeles.
