Ray Liotta

Ray Liotta was an intense actor known for his portrayal of psychopathic characters, although even in his nice-guy roles, there was a sense of smoldering within him. He started in TV before breaking into movies with Something Wild (1986). Liotta successfully avoided being typecast and earned acclaim for his performances in Dominick and Eugene (1988) and Field of Dreams (1989). He became widely popular after his role in Goodfellas (1990) and went on to star in Article 99 (1992), Unlawful Entry (1992), and Unforgettable (1996). Sadly, he passed away in his sleep on May 26, 2022, at the age of 67 while filming in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
