Rosalind Chao
Rosalind Chao, known for M*A*S*H, The Joy Luck Club, Star Trek, What Dreams May Come, and recently The Laundromat and Plus One, was born and raised in Orange County, California, where her parents owned a Chinese restaurant and pancake house. She started her career in commercials and television after being discovered as a child at her family restaurant, and had early training and appearances in Peking Opera and Chinese dance. She continues to act in theater, including her recent role in the National Theatre of Great Britain's production of The Great Wave in 2018. She has been married to Simon Templeman since 1989 and they have two children.
